1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered by Codesync Digi Marketing Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

SEO and digital marketing campaigns
Google Ads and Meta Ads management
Branding and graphic design services
Software development and maintenance
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
If the project or service has not yet been started after advance payment.
If there is a delay beyond 30 business days without prior client approval.
If the delivered service is completely different from what was agreed in the proposal or quotation.
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the work completed and resources utilized before cancellation.
3.Non-Refundable Services
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
Work has already commenced, and significant resources/time have been spent.
The client fails to provide required information, feedback, or content on time.
Refund request is raised after project delivery or service completion.
Monthly digital marketing, ad campaigns, SEO services, or subscriptions already executed.
Domain name registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party tools/services.
4.Cancellation Policy
Project cancellation must be requested in writing via email to the company’s official email address.
Once cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
5.Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt a mutual settlement. If not resolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (India).
