2. Nature of Our Services
All our services are intangible and custom-built as per client requirements. Therefore, physical returns do not apply. However, we provide revision or rework options in specific cases, ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with the final delivery.
3.Return or Rework Eligibility
A client may request a rework or adjustment in the following cases:
The delivered work is incomplete or does not match the approved project scope.
There are functional errors or technical issues in the final delivery.
The client raises the issue within 7 days of project delivery.
In such cases, our team will review the request and make necessary corrections or revisions free of additional cost, provided the request falls within the original project scope.
4.Non-Returnable Services
No return or rework will be entertained if:
The client’s own content, instructions, or revisions cause the issue.
The project is fully approved or marked “completed” by the client.
The request involves new requirements beyond the agreed project scope.
Monthly marketing campaigns or SEO tasks have already been executed.
Services involve third-party tools or subscriptions (domain, hosting, SSL, ads, etc.).
5.Process for Raising a Return/Rework Request
All requests must be raised in writing to the company’s official email.
The email should include the project name, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue.
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the resolution process.
