Since all our offerings are intangible and electronically delivered, traditional “shipping” does not apply in the physical sense.
However, this Shipping Policy outlines how and when our digital products and services are delivered to our clients.

1. Nature of Our Deliverables

Our company deals exclusively in digital goods and services including:

  • Software & app development

  • SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

  • Graphic designing & branding

  • Hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing campaigns

No physical products are shipped through courier or postal services.

2. Delivery Method

    • All project files, reports, credentials, and deliverables are shared via email, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), or through our project management system.

    • Access details and credentials are securely shared only with the authorized client.

    • Once the project is completed, all final deliverables will be sent within the agreed timeline.

3. Delivery Timelines

    • Delivery timelines are always mentioned in the official quotation or project proposal.

    • Timelines may vary based on the project size, complexity, and client responsiveness (e.g., delay in providing content or approvals).

    • In case of unforeseen delays, the client will be notified in advance via email or phone.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment or signing of a service agreement

  • You will receive an official confirmation email from Codesync Digi Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

  • This email will contain project details, timeline, and point of contact for communication.

5. Non-Delivery Situations

    • Delivery delays may occur in the following cases:

      • Incomplete or incorrect client information.

      • Delay in sharing necessary content, documents, or feedback.

      • Technical issues or server downtime beyond our control.

      In such cases, the company shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors.

6. Support & Post-Delivery Assistance

    • After successful delivery, our team provides post-project support for a defined period (as per contract or package chosen).
      Further updates or maintenance can be availed through an extended service plan or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
